There will be many opportunities to express love in the days ahead,
though some may be cloaked in harsh wrappings.

Perhaps an argument will wound us and then is healed by the
exchange of loving words and an intimate gesture.

Maybe that friend or lover will be called away for a while and our
painful loneliness will make us question our commitment to love.

In loving unconditionally we'll find peace, through a soft word or a gentle image
even though soft words don't always promise us gentle moments.

Sometimes love offers us a painful heart and empty arms,
and we know love comforts, but not always.

Yes, indeed. 
The desire to know love always draws people together.

Maybe Love does heal ... but in its own time...!
